Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Hebes by Chloe. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may exchange or return items for a refund (excluding shipping and special request charges).
  • Items must meet the criteria outlined below and be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Made to Order, customized, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Fees:

  • Orders below $100 are subject to standard shipping fees. Returns or exchanges will incur a minimum of standard shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Free Returns or Exchanges (Orders Over $100):

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free returns or exchanges on bracelets, jewelry, and small items (weighing 1 lb or less).
  • For all other items, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost or can request a shipping label at a discounted fee from us.
  • For USA orders only. For international order please refer to international orders policy.

Returned Merchandise Requirements:

  • Items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Any signs of wear, removal of product tags, or parts will result in refusal of your return.

Customized and Special Orders:

  • Selected items may be considered a "Special Order" or "Custom Order" and are subject to final sale policies.
  • Orders with a sale price equal to or greater than $2000 will be considered as special orders.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive the return.
  • The actual refund time may vary and depends on the customer's bank.

International Orders:

  • For orders outside of the USA, unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges at this time.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and they can arrange for their preferred shipping method.
  • Due to tax and duty regulations, we are unable to provide a shipping label from our side

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
